2. Mix D-α-aminoisobutyric acid with protective agent and react, then PTH-D-α-aminoisobutyric acid is obtained by acid hydrolysis and deprotection reaction, and finally converted into pth-A-aminoisobutyric acid under the catalysis of alkali.
